Rep Rice serves on the Public Transportation committee. He is also associated with the Insurance And Commerce as well as the Arkansas Legislative Council committees where he is Co-Vice Chairperson.
For the 88th General Assembly, Rep. Rice served on the House Insurance and Commerce Committee, where he chaired the Subcommittee on Financial Institutions. He served as vice-chair of the Arkansas Legislative Council, and its Executive Subcommittee. He is also vice-chaired the Arkansas Legislative Council Subcommittee on Penal and Correctional Institutions. In addition, Rep. Rice served on the House Rules Committee, the House Judiciary Committee, the House Insurance and Commerce Committee, Legislative Joint Auditing, and the Governor's Emergency Fund Review Committee.
