I have enjoyed serving the people of District 15 during my first term in the Legislature, and have consistently tried to vote for the best interest of the people of our district. I will continue to work hard for my constituents by supporting legislation that benefits our farmers; that brings jobs and economic development to our district; that improves our city, county, and state highway systems; that helps our Senior citizens; and provides for the safety and health of our children. I have always voted for legislation that helps veterans and active military personnel. One of the top priorities of our state is the education of our young people. With over 70% of our state revenue going to education, we must strive to provide a solid educational foundation for our youth in a good, safe environment. I am seeking re-election to another term as your State Representative so that I may continue to do all that I can to help our district in these important areas.
